Job Objective
Handle direct inquiries from potential clients, promote RAK Properties’ properties, and manage leads through the sales process. Earn financial incentives for converting leads into sales, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Inquiries: Answer calls and direct inquiries, provide information about RAK Properties, and address client needs.
- Lead Management: Ensure leads passed to the sales team are managed effectively, serving as a key part of the customer journey.
- Conversion & Incentives: Convert leads into sales and earn incentives for successful conversions.
- Customer Engagement: Understand client requirements, advise on property details, and ensure they have all the information to make decisions.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system (Bitrix).
- Sales Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activities, including outcomes of inquiries and lead follow-ups.
- Follow-Up: Communicate with clients to answer questions, provide more information, and close sales.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, handling concerns or complaints to ensure a positive experience.
Requisite Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
Experience Requirement
- At least 5 years of experience of which minimum 3 years must be in a position assuming similar responsibilities with a leading real estate company
- Awareness of the local and regional legal environment
Skill Sets
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (Arabic, Russian, etc.).
- Proficient in CRM systems and quick with computers.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment with strong negotiation skills.
- High performance, self-motivation, and ability to work split shifts (9:00 AM - 8:00 PM).
- Real estate background is essential.
