As a developer, our commitment to quality has been pivotal in driving the expansion of integrated destinations like Mina’s Raha Island, including the successful launches of prestigious projects such as the Giorgio Armani designed Armani Beach Residences Ras Al Khaimah – one of the standout real estate announcements of 2025.
We are on track to deliver nearly 2,000 units by the end of next year, building places designed for elevated living and which ably showcase our distinct approach to place-making as part of our Mina master plan.
