Family fun, National pride, and special offers at UAE 46th National Day celebration in Mina Al Arab

Property developer launches special offers for its Bermuda Villas to coincide with the 46th union of the UAE in Mina Al Arab.

RAK Properties, Ras Al Khaimah’s largest property developer listed in Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, successfully hosted a two-day event in celebration of the 46th National Day, full of fun-packed activities and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy at its Lagoon Walk project in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah.

The celebration took place from the 30th of November to the 1st of December 2017 and included a traditional souq, displays of traditional handicrafts, cooking, and traditional food distribution. The function highlighted Emirati culture and their strong sense of community, giving a taste of traditional UAE culture and hospitality to everyone who attended.

Coinciding with the National Day celebrations, RAK Properties offered UAE Nationals a campaign with a flexible payment plan of 1% for its Gateway and Northbay Residences. The company also released special schemes for its’ Mina Al Arab Bermuda Villas with a down payment of only AED, 99,444 and a special seven-year payment plan, which will be available until the end of December.
