RAK Properties, the largest listed property developer in Ras Al Khaimah, has awarded the main contract to Gulf Contracting to begin construction on phase 2 of Marbella Villas on Hayat Island, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Commenting on the award Sameh Al Muhtadi, CEO of RAK Properties, said, “We are extremely pleased to announce the award of the construction contract for Phase 2 of Marbella Villas to Gulf Contracting. Selling out Phase 1 of Marbella villas has paved the way for this exciting next phase which we will be launching shortly.

Phase 2 of Marbella Villas will consist of eighty-nine 2, 3 and 4-bedrooms luxury villas and townhouses with direct access to the beach.

Marbella Villas are situated on Hayat Island, Mina Al Arab, which are in close proximity to the Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort.
