Property developer launches special payment plan for its Bermuda Villas to coincide with annual cultural and heritage event marking the 45th union of the UAE in Ras Al Khaimah’s neighbourhood community, Mina Al Arab.

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE: RAK Properties PJSC, Ras Al Khaimah’s largest property developer listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, is inviting UAE residents and visitors to join them during its annual Lagoon Festival at Mina Al Arab. Celebrating the spirit of the union on the occasion of the 45th UAE National Day, the property developer will be showcasing the UAE’s culture and heritage during its celebrations.

The two day festival will take place at Lagoon Walk on December 1 and 2 between 5pm and 10pm each evening. Featuring a host of family events and activities, visitors will be able to experience a flavour of local culture, heritage and cuisine across its land mark development in the emirate.

The UAE boasts a wealth of traditions and culinary delicacies and through this annual event, with the support of various local restaurants and performers, we are able to preserve this heritage for future generations,” Mohamed Sultan Al Qadi, Managing Director and CEO of RAK Properties said.

A full schedule of local entertainment has been arranged, offering spectators live shows and performances that will include live music, traditional harbeya folk dancers, horse parades, children performance shows and boat cruises. Families can also take advantage of an array of water sports activities and a traditional heritage village.

Providing visitors a flavour of UAE cuisine, RAK Properties will be offering a number of local and traditional delicacies alongside a range of food trucks and a barbeque. Restaurants from across the UAE will be offering a range of cuisine options, include Mina Al Arab-based Shake Chilli, and Ras Al Khaimah’s own Pancake Waffle, Bio Bella, Lobster Burger, Sougha and Sweet Station.

During the UAE National Day celebrations, RAK Properties will be offering homes within Mina Al Arab Bermuda with a downpayment of only AED 45,000, with a special seven-year payment plan, which will be available until end of the month.

Located only 45 minutes from Dubai International Airport, RAK Properties’ landmark Mina Al Arab incorporates outdoor living across the project with a number of large communal swimming pools, running and cycling tracks and various recreational activities.
