Property developer will deliver latest Mina Al Arab project two months early.

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE: RAK Properties PJSC, Ras Al Khaimah’s biggest property developer listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, has announced the handing over of the second phase of Flamingo Villas, two months ahead of schedule.

Originally due to be handed over to customers by December 31 2016, the developer’s latest milestone delivery within Ras al Khaimah’s Mina Al Arab community will be handed over in October – some two months ahead of schedule. This marks the second early delivery of units in Flamingo Villas following Phase I being handed over three months ahead of schedule in 2015.

Conceptualised as a family friendly waterfront community, Flamingo Villas features 192 villas which enjoy the adjacent mangrove wetlands. The landmark development features lifestyle amenities such as an adult swimming pool, a separate children’s paddling pool, two children’s play areas, a gym and multiple green lawns and outdoor spaces.

Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi, Managing Director and CEO, RAK Properties PJSC, said: “The completion of Phase II follows the early delivery of Phase I last year and provides new units to meet demand in Ras Al Khaimah. Providing high quality homes ahead of schedule showcases the consistency of RAK Properties in its commitment to its clients and in return, and perhaps most importantly, strengthens trust in us as a reliable developer”.

The 68 villas within the expanded Flamingo Villas Community, consist of 32 attached three-bedroom units and 36 attached two-bedroom units. The larger villas measure 2,334 square feet, with the smaller units at 2,004 square feet. The completion of Phase II will follow 124 villas handed over almost three months ahead of schedule in Phase I.

Flamingo Villas forms part of RAK Properties’ eco-themed, mixed-use waterfront community spread over 43 million square feet in Mina Al Arab – a AED 10 billion development featuring residential and hospitality elements that highlight Ras Al Khaimah’s natural beauty as well as its rich heritage.
